Service Description

Move In / Move Out / After Build Clean Our Move In / Move Out / After Build Clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to fully prepare a property for new occupants or restore it after renovation or building work. This is our most intensive cleaning service and goes beyond both our regular domestic and deep cleans. We clean the entire property thoroughly, including all bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and storage spaces. Kitchen: All surfaces, cupboards (inside and out), splashbacks, sinks, and floors are cleaned. Appliances such as ovens, fridges, microwaves, and extractor fans are deep cleaned to remove grease, dirt, and residue. Bathrooms: All toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, tiles, and fittings are fully sanitised. Limescale, soap scum, and marks are removed where possible. After Build Cleaning: We remove dust, plaster, paint marks, and construction residue from all accessible surfaces, with extra attention to skirting boards, fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas. Windows & Doors: Internal windows, frames, sills, doors, handles, switches, and touchpoints are cleaned and sanitised. Floors: All flooring is vacuumed and mopped, including corners and edges for a complete finish. How This Differs This service is more intensive than our Domestic and Deep Clean, focusing on full property reset, heavy build-up, and post-construction cleaning to ensure the space is ready for immediate use. Pricing Prices are based on property size, condition, number of rooms, bathrooms, windows, and level of build-up.Our standard pricing is based on a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom property with 1 living area. Additional rooms or heavy post-build cleaning may affect the final cost. A full quote is always provided before work begins.
